low-income families. It is also faster than a traditional build since the pre-cast concrete molds cure overnight,

making the process go faster than ever. Many apartment complexes are also made with Waffle-Crete because of it's durability. It can withstand tsunamis, tornadoes, hurricanes, and tropical storms. They can also be raised off the ground if the area is in a flood zone. These Waffle-Crete residential housing also keep the house cool during the day and warm during the night. Plumbing, heating, air, and electricity can be added in this housing and secured with insulation.
